I get personal shortage, but better be about updating times and things online and in business.
We have always loved Cherry and were so disappointed when our local branch closed down. Despite the distance from our home, we decided to make the trip to the new location. We checked the website and called ahead to confirm their hours of operation. Although we were met with a voicemail message when we called, the recording confirmed that the restaurant was open for dine-in 7 days a week during their posted hours. Excited, we made the journey only to find the restaurant dark and closed upon arrival. The doors were locked, lights were off, and there were no signs or notes explaining the unexpected closure. Unfortunately, our trip turned out to be a wasted 3 hours.
What a funny place to go with (or without) the children!
There was a very rude staff member by the name of Mario. He was very unpleasant and seemed like we were a bother to him personally just for coming in.. Their prices are too high.
You can't test taste any thing and it's both so expensive/random flavors.....we walked out and will be doing business else where. There are reasonable precautions other vendors have in place already and I'm all for safety within reason. Goodbye Cherry Berry. I'll be verbally letting others know not to waste their time on your stores either; we drove outta our way specifically to introduce a new customer to the Cherry Berry experience.
