Gwalia sweets has been my go-to place for glorified street food since grad-school days, so I have visited the place number of times! Whenever I'm in a mood for a full-fledged meal, I'd order the Deluxe fixed thaali which consists of two veggies, naans/rotis, one snack, a dessert, pickle, raita, papad, rice and daal, which is perfectly enough for one person. And when I'm in the mood for an evening snack or the like, I'd order Rajkachori, Delhi chaat or Tikki chaat. The last time we visited the place, we had ordered Butter paavbhaji and Aloo Paranthas which didn't disappoint either. The place is perfect if you're in the mood for some north-Indian food; it might come off as expensive if you are a big fan of street food like myself but I assure you it will be worth it. Yesterday night went out to have some sweets,as we heard lot about Gwalia sweets in Ahmedabad but I never try sweets from there. So we Went gwalia at varodara One thing I like here u will get sweets in Pieces's so u can try many varieties ;-) We had Gulab jam Sondesh Chum chum & Ras malai All are awesome.
