Marco's Pizza - Vail

We always try and support local businesses in our area but unfortunately, this will be the last time we get food from here. Came to pickup our order, app showed it’s ready, came in and was told it’s in the oven and will be ready in 5 minutes, over 30 minutes later asked again and turned out our ticket was never printed out so we would’ve been left sitting there waiting for nothing. I understand they’re busy but there were at least 7-8 employees in there running around not knowing what’s going on. The individual I was speaking to just went to the back and didn’t come back again to let me know what’s going on and I had to speak with another employee. I don’t mind waiting but I don’t appreciate being lied to.

We love this Marcos! The pizza is delicious and always ready when they say. The toppings are fresh and oh man, the crust has the best flavor! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

People are friendly, but they need to be better at washing their hands. "Making pizza, goes to freezer opens door, grabs a salad, comes out, grabs croutons with bare hands, throws on salad, goes to counter charges me for said salad, then goes back to making pizza. walked out and threw my salad away. Disgusting. Never will I eat there again. Service: Take out

I have never experienced a more frustrating experience ordering pizza. Apparently they no longer deliver their own food. So their “promise time” means nothing. It took an hour and fifteen minutes for our pizza delivery, that used to take 30 minutes. What’s worse, is when I called to get an explanation, the “manager” was incredibly rude and provided no help, assistance, or explanation as to why our order was taking over an hour. If I could get service a negative star, I absolutely would. I am so disappointed and will not be ordering from this Marcos again. I will also not recommend it to anyone due to this horrendous experience. If the owner would like to stay in business, they need to look internally because their employees are pushing away customers. Edited to add: Marcos replied to this message with a link to provide more information. The link doesn’t work and just takes you to their ordering site. What an absolute joke.
