Le Mouton Noir - Val-David

Very good food but took really long. May have been short staffed. We went on a Saturday after going to 1001 pots.

Serious espresso! People at Mouton noir know their beans and how to serve them well. So happy we have a real thirdwave coffee shop around here. Oh and they are serving Phil and Sebastian!!! My favorite! Really nice staff and owner. Great vibe. Warm and friendly atmosphere. And the poutine (with the rosemary sauce) is de-li-cious. Great beer and wine selection too. Open mike on friday nights. Games and crayons for the kids. ... Yep. I really like that place. See you there!

Once we arrived in Val-david we passed by Le Mouton Noir and decided we would go back and try their food. We really loved the place, decoration and the servers were so nice and helpful. Our food was simply delicious. It was a great experience!

Good food, good friends, great atmosphere, quaint decorations, great place to hang out with your buddies.

Very much enjoyed my meal here. It's an eclectic bistro with good music. I had the veggie burger which I very much enjoyed, and the side salad and fries were to die for! The service was a bit on the slow slide but there were not many people working that day with a nearly full restaurant. Would recommend!
