Fresca - Valasske Mezirici

Every day a vegan choice is available and you can also order a lot of vegan dishes from a permanent offer. I didn’t find such a kind service and at the same time a very nice environment. 4 stars are only for the fact that the place is not completely vegan, so the whole line can not be given.

Fresca, a new restaurant in Valmez, offers a variety of vegan dishes including tomato soup, warm salad, tomato risotto, pasta with tomato sauce, and pineapple. They also have a daily menu which typically includes at least one vegan option. All dishes are labeled with allergens and marked as vegan. Their Pinsa Romana is outstanding, and they offer a selection of vegan pizzas topped with a variety of vegetables and kouskij tempehu for a crispy dough. Although they don't have a cheese alternative, the flavors and textures are exceptional.

There is no place within a 100 km radius that serves better Italian-style vegan meals than this restaurant. They also offer many options for those who are lactose intolerant. The tables and toilets are clean.

Vegan dishes are available every day at this restaurant. The atmosphere is pleasant, although not completely vegan, which is why I deduct 4 stars from my rating.

Nově otevřeno Fresca v Valmezu nabízí několik veganských pokrmů: rajčatová polévka, teplý salát, chřest risotto, těstoviny s rajčatovou omáčkou a pinsa romana. Kromě denní nabídky, kde je často vegan alespoň jedna jídla. Všechny alergeny a slovo vegan jsou označeny na všech jídlech. Jejich pinsa romana je to nejlepší, co jsem kdy měl a porazil mnoho veganských pizzy, i když to nemá možnost sýra, ale místo toho, že je spousta chutné zeleniny a kusů tempeh na dokonale křupavé těsto.
