Contribuisci feedbackIf I could give zero stars, I would. My girlfriend and I simply wanted to use the restroom after ordering at the drive-thru. When the female employee came out, we hesitated because we weren't sure who would go first. Instead of understanding, she snapped at us with a nasty attitude, saying, “Okay, just stand there.” I didn’t catch her name, but her behavior was shocking to me. I worked at Wendy's for six years, and I would never have treated a customer that way, especially over something minor like not grabbing a door immediately. Then, she walked behind the counter, and suddenly all her coworkers were staring at us. I find this completely unprofessional and disturbing. I can't comprehend being so miserable that waiting for two seconds to hold a door for two strangers could elicit such a reaction, especially considering we are genuinely nice people.
"They consistently get my orders correct, and I find it convenient to place them through the app for a fast and seamless experience. As for accessibility, the entrance is wheelchair-friendly. I usually opt for takeout during breakfast, and the prices are very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person."

One star says it all. The service is awful, and the coffee had a burnt taste. It seems like all the staff cares about is rushing customers through the drive-thru. This company really needs to return to its roots.
