Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Valdosta

Ice cream was melted! Cone had been sat in something wet in the drive through counter causing the bottom of the cone to be soggy from some other filth. But the worst part was when we brought it to the attention of the staff, THE MANAGER AND STAFFARGUED WITH US! IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. There was no flip on the blizzard because it was MELTED!!!! Worst service ever, filed acomplaint with the organization. We will NEVER BE BACK!

Use to be a solid place. Now they never get orders correct and smash the food. Costumer service is still good, but messing up the ingredients to a blizzard, one that states the ingredients in the name no less, grows annoying. I don't know who's makingthe food and packaging but they are not doing a good job in my several most recent visits. I hate to 1 star someone but dangit,I want a hot chocolate orea blizzard without other random candy bars. And non smashed cheese curds if it's not to much to ask.

Food was terrible. Hard buns and completely lazy employees that mumble when they talk. We threw away food and then waited 10 min to get some ice cream sundaes we already ordered. This place I would not recommend to anyone

DQ is one of my favorite places to get ice cream. However, this location could be cleaner that is why I gave it only 4 stars.

No chocolate ice cream! Beyond disappointed. The staff working were ok, but no chocolate.
