Outback Steakhouse - Valdosta

During the visit I noticed that the ambiente was not very welcoming. the lighting was too dark and the host was not aware of the lighting. the food was good. I especially enjoyed the steak and the limonade. I think it should be a better drink menu and reorganize it to contain a more lively and welcome feeling.

The service that I received from this restaurant was above my expectations. The waiter provided excellent service and the food was amazing. The true cherry on top was when the manager Keisha came over to check in and make sure everything was going well. She was extremely kind and was dedicated to making sure my roommate and I had an amazing experience. Over all 10/10 in all aspects and I will be dining here again.

Take out slow, poor communication sirloin was exasperating to chew and finally after three bites I had to let it go. I want be back.

I just wanted to say that the waitress Cassie at this restaurant was absolutely amazing. She was very polite and helpful. She was amazing with our child also. The cook manager was absolutely great too… definitely the best place we have ever eaten!! Will be going back!!

You cannot go wrong with a good steak and this was one of the best meals we have had on our cross country trip. The wait was minimal and within a few minutes of being seated our server came to our table. I for got his name but he was very attentive and was patient while we decided upon what we wanted to eat. While our order was being prepared we ordered drinks. Wasn't long and our food arrived. The steak was seasoned to perfection, it was bursting with flavor and was cooked to the perfect temperature. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.Parking: Very spacious parking lot.
