The Palladium - Valdosta

This was my first time here, with not much experience eating sushi. Our waiter Kenny was great. We told him he didn't eat much sushi and asked him what he suggested. He was very helpful and gave us great ideas that we tried. We had the Ichiban Roll, Godzilla Roll, Volcano Roll and Happy Roll. All were huge... and we're full!! Lol can't wait to go back and try more. The prices were very reasonable for what we got. I was very impressed.

I stopped for the reviews. I ordered a few rolls and I have to say it wasn't very fresh. I almost did not eat the raw fish when the first piece I was at Raumtemp and tasted very fishy. The sauce on the rolls was almost not present or had no taste. Since I am not from here, I cannot recommend a better place in the city, but I would say try somewhere else.

I think the food here is usually amazing. But in the probably 15 times we've eaten here, I have to say about five of the times that we haven't even really been given a show. The food was just cooked before us, served and that was it. When I go to Hibachi, I always feel like a show and to be entertained. So if you get it on a good night, it's a great show and delicious food but now and then you get a cook that just doesn't put on a show. This sushi is also at the point I never had a bad sushi experience here.
