Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I can't believe someone would serve such sad, undercooked French fries with a lack of pride in their work, but that's exactly what we experienced at this restaurant. It was unbelievable.

I usually have no problems here and I understand when I look at the times we face. but I waited for 20 minutes for a curb-side job, which was placed at 6:07. I called at 6:35 and waited until 6:55. my food sat there all the time. my COBB salad had only cheese, tomato and gurken. the manager had to prepare my fries because they were super cold. I'd rather go through town to get my food at this point. the manager was very generous, but I'm not convinced of anything else.

I love Zaxby's..I order wimpy wings and their always fresh! please put the tweeper rings back to the menu!

Pour out the new signature sandwich combo meal. my pommes were old and luke warm, although I asked for fresh pommes. bad, my sandwich was lukewarm, hard and burnt. I just threw away the meal. Watch her old eating! very disappointed!

We move a lot so I've lived in many towns and all Zaxby's have notoriously slow drive thrus, up to 35-45 minutes sometimes...just ridiculous. But this Zaxby's does a good job keeping things moving even at peak hours and they are friendly and get the order right. And it's especially nice that the dining room is open too, unlike so many fast foods in this town.
