Sarak Restaurant - Valemount

Dirty restaurant with unappealing food. Wife and I had soup and sandwich. I won't eat here again. Poor value.

Valemount does not offer a lot of choices for eating after 6:00pm that we could find. The only place open was Sarak. Staff was limited, it took 45 minutes for my husband to get his meal, I waited another 20 - 30 minutes for mine. It was cold and the broccoli was raw. To say the least I was not impressed. This restaurant seemed to be the only restaurant open and it shouldn't have been. I feel sorry for the server that had to work that night.

We had a very good meal here. The service was great and the food delicious. Restaurant was pretty busy and they still managed to cope with our big group of 7.

This place was fabulous! The owner was nice and hardworking, and the food was awesome! If you come here- make sure to order the cinnamon rolls! They are to die for!

We went for dinner and everything we ordered was delicious. The meals are all homemade . We had dinner with one of the locals and he mentioned the new owners have trained Overseas . This reflects on their menu items . Our group had portobello chicken , cashew chicken stir fry, and Thai red curry chicken. I would recommend to eat here and will make it a point to keep dining here whenever I come to Valemount !
