Contribuisci feedbackA few years ago I was in japan my stay in momiji atelier was a rash. top sushi quality, delicious sake and fresh oysters. they have a real sushi bar with a sushi master. the waiters understand English and were super friendly.
The open kitchen invites to observe the preparation and see how the masters are at their work. the sushi is delicious, with various Spanish variations. the tapas of the day is a beautiful attempt and surprise for 20eur.
Really pleasant eating. one of the best sushi dishes I had so far, it makes very good to capture the Japanese essence. really good product, and beautifully presented. I recommend the nigiri lubina with ponzu, the hamachi and the red tuna uramaki with kimchi.
I enjoyed late night sushi tapas with my niece. Four dishes, freshly prepared and washed down with a good glass of wine. It did lack a little atmosphere but chairs were comfortable and staff helpful so I’d go back again.
Flesh and unique Japanese foods. Not a traditional Japanses cuisine, mix with western style.
