Maco Healthy - Valencia

Great! I'm happy to find a place that serves a quality meal and cares actually if the customer is happy because many places do not care anymore and reheat old food making people sick. This place does not. It's a great place.

What an incredible place! Healthy and delicious food, combined with the enthusiasm of the guys, who thing through everything on the menu! They focus on making you feel welcome and indulged!

We saw this place across the road and said, ‘That looks interesting.’ We had no idea just how interesting it would be. The menu draws inspiration from Valencia’s fantastic range of ingredients as well as the kitchens of Hawaii, India and Northern Africa. The surroundings are cool as is the music. The service is perfect. You guessed it we had the perfect meal in the perfect place and we can’t wait to go back!

I had a wonderful experience with Maco. The nice waiter helped me to an English language menu, from which I take a Poke dish with tuna and Macos on a traditional Spanish dish, chicken with almonds. Both were served with brown rice, which fills the small-looking dishes fairly (and healthier than empty carbs). The poke with fresh tuna was great, especially thanks to the dressing of grilled pineapple and soy sauce and fresh tuna. But the star of the show was the chicken and almonds. I could eat this every day and not get tired of it! Then the proposed dessert was a hipster on a peanut butter jelly sandwich a bit down, but this chicken was a hard act to follow.

Great place! Top attention from the waiter who explains with detail every single dish and perfect recommendations for us. If you pass in Valencia, don't miss the chance to give a try! Gambas de Campo were top!!!
