Great drinks and environment. It is clean with many places to plug in and work. The menu is equable to Starbucks.

One of the best iced coffees I?ve had in a while. I had the Cold Brew Vietnamese Coffee and woah?. it had the right amount of coffee and condensed milk in it!

Blueberry scone, large Malibu dream and overnight oats. Delish!!! Helped fuel me for several hours sitting with my daughter in the er at UCLA.

If I could rate 0 I would. RJay and Ricky were awful Saturday night towards me. The place closed at 10pm and I arrived at 9:52. They refused to serve me in the lobby and drive thru. Even after asking to just wait to close the register for 2 more minutes. They told me to go to Starbucks. Much better service from Christian at Starbucks. Every man working that night was rude, disrespectful, and just worried about leaving. No customer service skills, no patience.

I usually use their drive through on my way to work. CBTL is better than Starbucks hands down. Definitely try this one out as they make drinks fast and are very friendly.
