I placed an order on iFood, I don't know why the order that had been confirmed and in preparation appeared as pending confirmation by the restaurant again minutes later, I tried calling the restaurant three times, contacted them via WhatsApp (I searched for the number on Google because I thought there was something wrong with the iFood contact), finally, after seeing on Google that it was close to closing and believing that the restaurant had left my order pending because there was no way to deliver it, I requested cancellation. Well, a lady called Andressa, who identifies herself as the owner of the restaurant, called me to argue with me, spent several minutes talking to me, hung up and claims it was iFood (I can't prove the opposite, so her word must be taken as true), she looked for me on WhatsApp to continue the discussion, she was rude and offended my honor by saying that I would have done it on purpose (I have prints of it), even though I spent several minutes on the phone with her, explaining the exhaustion of what happened. This is not a professional attitude, looking for a customer to gossip and make false accusations, not understanding that an application failure is not the customer's responsibility. I will not order from this establishment again and I do not recommend it, I had never heard of something like this, I am astonished until now with this lady's attitude.
