DoritasYuc es un emprendimiento familiar en donde Marycarmen ofrece su sazón a través de las tortas doradas en mantequilla. Cuentan con una variedad de sandwiches (tortas) que combinan diferentes ingredientes como huevo, longaniza, jamón, queso, salami, pollo y peppperoni. Entre sus principales tortas está la de milanesa de pollo con queso de bola y la DoriNapo que integra queso daysi, salami y peppperoni. Sin duda alguna es un establecimiento ameno, con un sabor y toque casero que lo hace único, más porque se encuentra en una zona tan bonita de Valladolid como lo es el barrio de San Juan.
