American Grill - Valldemossa

Food was really delicious and service great for the whole family. Cosy and beautiful location as well :

1 star. Worst café experience DON’T go here! Poor service. The staff is loud, so you can’t relex and enjoy the food... talking about the food! The food is nasty and tasteless and overpriced. The café is freezing cold if its cold outside. They would’nt close the door we asked serveral times. Don’t say I din’t warn you! STAY AWAY!

On arrival at the restaurant, I managed to get the attention of a waiter. I asked a waiter iff they had a table for 4, to which I was greated with a shrug of the shoulders! I should of known better, gone with my instincts and turned away then At this point my partner found a table so I reluctantly took a seat, seemed at this point the whole family was hungry so I didn't want to take more time finding another restaurant. The order of drinks and food were taken fairly promptly This will be the only positive aspect of this review Drinks arrived and my Partners sangria tasted like fruit sugar water without any wine in it. similiar to other reviews Now to the food. I ordered a traditional seafood/meatball dish. I took one taste of this dish and nearly spat it out. It seems the Chef spilt the whole salt pot in it!! This was confirmed by my partners face when I asked her to try it. I sent this dish back to the kitchen immediately which was met with a disgruntled face and no apology. I asked for another menu to which no one came to take another order. At this point I took the decision to not actually want to order anything else from the kitchen anycase, what was I thinking!! After that we were just made to feel unwelcome. The two waiters would talk under their breathe about you and give you rude looks. When asked for the bill, I was half acknowledged but then ignored. It took me to actually get up from my table as If I was going to leave for the waiter to print a bill. I paid for the drinks and the kids meal and left. This has to be the worst restaurant If you could call it that I have EVER visited. Please don't waste your money, It totally ruined our experience to Valldemossa.

The place was filthy, food tasteless. Service was okay, but it doesn't change the fact that everything else was awful. On top of that, we were charged too much. We ate mixed grill plate and every piece of meat was underwhelming.

Terrible food and services. Food was tasteless, they forgot half of our order. Didn’t bring any salt pepper. Glasses were dirty. Unfortunately we only checked the reviews after we ordered.
