Hops Scotch - Vallejo

I loved this place before I went there. A bar specializes in whisky and beer, walking from my house, unbeatable! I went with my wife last night, and we both enjoyed it very much. The whisky selection is the best I've ever seen in a bar. The beer **** looks impressive, though I haven't tried yet. The cocktails are well made, well presented and delicious. The food is great and well paired. I want to see some more options, but it's not a deal breaker. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I feel like I could get to know them now, this is my locals. I think I'll be regular.

Solid beer selection; all from IPA and IIPA via Porter, Stouts and Sauer. Then there is the extensive whisky menu. In a word, impressive. I like that you can get different glasses of beer (reg pour and 5oz) and whisky (1.5.5oz). The staff were also cool. Try the hummus, porcelain, wings or one of the cheese plates all delicious!

Ask for their whiskey bible. They don't have it online. Preselected flights were pretty good. Naan tacos were also good. Chana masala was mildly sweet. Falafel was a bit dry. Patio seating has some cozy soft seating. Good for an afternoon laze.

Loved this place!!! Went with my family for my birthday. The staff was great, Alexa was awesome as our server. CANNOT WAIT TO GO AGAIN! Great food, great drinks, only issue was it was kinda cold and we sat outside on the patio, BUT IT WAS STILL AWESOME!!!

The best cocktails in the area! We've been here several times and never disappointed. From all delicious and unique old fashion and other cocktail options (personal favorites is the Chai old fashion), to the huge selection of liqueurs, beer and wine, no one will leave disappointed. The food is also delicious, we have tried several items on their menu, but their cheese flat bread is always a favorite! Also the servers are always very friendly and great in providing recommendations. Yesterday evening our server recommended my husband to try his whisky sours, and for the next round of drinks after we all ordered it because it was so good. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great drinks!
