I went by there several times and they were not open at the stated times. One day they did not open at all. They desperately need help. The quality has gone down at this location .
We went at 5pm on a weekday and some woman was knocking on the window. The staff had locked up without any signage but were still clearly visible and working. Rather than take 30 seconds to open the door and say something courteous, such as Weapologize, we had to shut down early for X reason , they simply ignored her and pretended she wasn 't there. I felt bad for thewoman, as that 's extremely poor customer service. Definitely not frequenting thus location again any time soon.
Friendly and fast service. I LOVE it when they put the extra smoothie in an extra cup for me (it usually happens when I add whey protein to a large size). Good COVID procedures such as asking guests to wait outside when they are busy.
Was in the store this afternoon to get 2 large drinks. The drinks were excellent after we received them, but it took at least 20 minutes to get them on a hot hot day! After I mentioned we were still waiting, it took another 10 minutes to receive them. Myhusband had time to go get gas at Costco, come back and wait with me! Looks like there was one poor girl making all thedrinks for both online and walk in orders and 5 other employees doing... ?? The register guy was nice, I tipped him, but itdidnt appear anyone was in charge. We receive a couple of sorts, but no... here's a complimentary drink for next time. :
