Mcdonald's - Vallejo

This is the second time I've had an issue with my order at this McDonald's. They included the dipping sauce but forgot the nuggets again. The fries were only half full, and they didn’t include any ketchup. It seems they're also out of straws since they never include one with the order.

This is the third time you've forgotten an item in my order. How do you manage to forget two drinks and only give me an empty drink holder in the bag with the food? It's like, "Here’s your food and the drink holder — enjoy your meal!" I can understand why you have so many negative reviews. You make Burger King look fantastic in comparison!

The support team was incredibly helpful in resolving an issue I encountered. Overall, it was an amazing experience!
