Smiling staff, hot, delicious food, and savory coffee welcome you in Panama bay. Takeout only for COVID. Check hours before you go in, as they might've changed and might close at noon on some day.

Great set up in a warm, cozy building...beautiful view of the marina you can see from all the windows or from any of the outdoor seating. The savory food is delicious, filling, and affordable and the pastries are more than satisfying for any sweet tooth...love the atmosphere here...and conveniently next to the ferry boarding. One of my favorite morning spots in the Vallejo locale.
