I just came across this hidden gem! It's the best bakery I've discovered in a long time. The homemade treats are delicious, the crusts are perfectly flaky, and the staff is really friendly.

The only place to satisfy your fresh ube cravings! I travel from Vacaville to Vallejo just to enjoy their fresh ube rolls and hot, delicious beef empanadas. The next closest option is in San Leandro, which isn't very convenient. The bakeshop also offers a fantastic melon drink, but just be sure to check its freshness. It's a great spot and a must-visit for any foodie passing through Vallejo. The location has easy access to the freeway, situated at the intersection of Redwood St. and Sonoma Blvd. near Highway 29, right next to a major Asian supermarket and a Jollibee. There's plenty of parking and a lively atmosphere. Just remember to be smart and stay safe!
