I love local bbq dives and was hoping this one is a good one. Unfortunately I was majorly disappointed. I am pretty sure the sauce is mustard based and that is just plain gross. However, some folks like mustard based sauces so let’s talk meat. The pork was ok very little smoke flavor so not sure if they are using hickory but it didn’t taste like it. The chicken was overcooked/dry and it wasn’t even a breast. How do you overcook thighs? Service was fine but the bottom line is the food tremendously lacked. One and only visit.
