The service is great, with a wide selection of cakes and flavors to choose from. The staff also has excellent handwriting, ensuring that the writing on your cake looks impeccable!

Extremely disrespectful and rude towards older customers, showing no respect or manners.

We have visited this restaurant a couple of times and were surprised to see a large sign that said they only accept cash. This was inconvenient for us as we had planned on buying ice cream for our kids using a credit or debit card. Additionally, the staff did not seem pleased when we presented a coupon. Overall, we found the prices to be high and the payment policy to be inconvenient. We were left feeling disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant.

Staff very unfriendly. Owner is the worst. Ordered a simple milkshake, it was 90% milk and 10% ice cream. Avoid going here at all cost. By far the worst Carvel I have been to.

There's always a one person working and long lines. Not the best service
