I love everything at Dunkin? Donuts but i gave 4 stars to this store because of the guy behind the counter at night time, he is rude and works with a very slow speed.
This review validates the many poor reviews of this restaurant location. The restaurant was sold out of munchkins and doughnuts were slim pickings. My daughter wanted to order from Baskin Robbins counter, but the employee behind the counter made eyecontact and continued to ignore us. We waited around ten minutes before deciding to leave without ordering anything. Awfulexperience.
The lack of cleanliness in this establishment needs to be addressed. On numerous occasion I have stopped by to patronize this business and had to leave because of how dirty it was! The staff handling food uses the same gloves to handle every piece food,with no regards to allergies... The employees are very nice, but PLEASEEEEE clean that FOOD establishment!!!!!!!
Cashier that made my sandwich (male with glasses), poor customer service skills for one. Puts the sandwich on the counter with nothing underneath it, then puts his hands in his pockets to swipe through his phone, ????. Worst off, if you're working in fastfood, employees should wear mask as they can inoculate 100s of people with not just COVID, but other viruses that can makepeople ill. I just threw the bread out and started keto. Word to the wise, if you hate your job, move on! You'd think managerswould be more on top of employees, as they hurt business and still get paid the same. Either way, done with this location'sunsanitary practices.
