Domino's Pizza - Valparaiso

Tried to place an online order from dominos only a couple miles away. Website said I could only place a pick up order. No thank you. That's not what I want

This is the second time in 2 weeks that I have ordered extra cheese and extra sausage and it has been barely any sausage on my pizza...

Ordered online at the same time my wife did an online order. Everything on my wife 's order was fine. Of course both orders were brought up at the same time, neither of us knew what the other ordered so we assumed all was well. We weren 't going to treat the employees like idiots and open every single box and double check everything was right. That 's where we made the mistake. Got shorted a pizza. Generally no big deal but a 30 minute drive ONE WAY from the country is a big deal. Called up and they offered to make a fresh pizza. I 'm not driving another hour on top of wasting $12 in gas because of their mess up. So guess what, I can come pick up my shorted pizza For Free whenever I want. Not a happy customer. Lesson is, treat people like idiots, don 't give them the benefit of the doubt. Do like Pizza Hut and open ALL BOXES and double check your order! Sorry.....I 'm hungry and angry at the moment.......

Fresh food, at a reasonable price, friendly service. The only bad is inconvenient parking.

If you want to wait 1 and a half hours or longer for a simple medium pizza this place is perfect for you.
