Pizza Hut - Valparaiso

My employer, Mauser Packaging, treated us to a small personal pizza and a couple of warm, filled waters as a token of appreciation for our work on Easter. The pizza was a thin crust, about 3/4 inch thick, with a strange pink-colored topping that looked like sauce and fake cheese. If there was any cheese, it seemed to be sprayed on in liquid form.

I was disappointed with my pizza as it was burnt. Additionally, I did not receive two sauces that I had ordered and paid extra for. The breadsticks were also overcooked and tough.

Ordering online was a breeze. My delivery arrived hot and exactly as I requested. The delivery person was friendly and helpful. Excellent service!

My eating was hot and ready to the exact time it was ordered, and it was made as I ordered.

I arrived at 6:00 PM to pick up and order I put in online. I got in line and there were several cars in front of me. By the time I reached the pickup window it was 6:05. Man at the window took my money and checked my order. He said it was in the oven and needed 5 more minutes, could I drive around to parking lot, wait 5 minutes then come back and pick up. I did, had to get back in line again behind several cars. By the time I reached the window it was 6:35. My order was ready, and I received an apology. I had to wait too long.
