Qdoba Mexican Eats - Valparaiso

Old meat, old cheese ..dirty counter but dead store. Lettuce looked nasty and they don't have onions anymore? Asking for a little extra of a sauce is hard, the employee acts like it may come out of their check. This location sucks. And it's sooexpensive

I regret returning to this restaurant. I used to enjoy their fast food, but the quality has declined since the onset of Covid-19. The staff seemed unwilling to add extra (overcooked) meat to my salad when requested, yet still charged me for it. Instead, they replaced it with an excessive amount of tomatoes. I will not be coming back to this place.

This restaurant is dirty. I had to clean my own table because every table was filthy. They only serve pickled onions, no other options. The employees are rude. I wish there was a closer Qdoba. The management needs to step in and improve this location. The prices are also very high.

This was my first experience trying Qdoba and I was pleasantly surprised. After not enjoying Chipotle, I was hesitant to try another Mexican grill but several friends recommended Qdoba and I am so happy I did. The service was outstanding, the staff was welcoming, and the food was delicious! I will definitely be coming back.

I prefer Qdoba over Chipotle. Not only were the staff members who took our orders very friendly and welcoming, but they also did not charge extra for avocado or cheese like Chipotle does. This was our first time at Qdoba, but it won't be our last. Thank you to the young lady and gentleman working behind the counter on the afternoon of August 21. Have a great week!
