I tried to make a reservation over the phone, but was told that reservations could only be made through OpenTable. After making a reservation, we arrived at the restaurant and were informed by the hostess that there would be a 20 minute wait because she was the only one seating and busing tables. Another couple who walked in after us, without a reservation, was seated before us. The hostess then asked if we would be willing to share a table with another couple. Our date night turned into a double date unexpectedly. The service was poor and the food was not very good. I wish there was an option for a negative review as I do not plan on coming back.

I was very disappointed when we arrived at the restaurant and were told, "We don't use Open Table anymore." It was confusing because the restaurant is still listed on the Open Table website. We were in a hurry, but thankfully we were able to be seated at a table near a chilly window. Despite this, our server provided excellent service.

Despite this initial setback, my mother's salmon dish was overcooked. When the waitress took it back to the kitchen, we were shocked to hear the chef loudly expressing his frustration and publicly scolding my mother for requesting a softer fish preparation. This outburst was clearly audible throughout the entire restaurant, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, the service was lacking even though the restaurant was not busy. While my Caesar salad was enjoyable, the negative experience with the glassware and overcooked salmon has deterred us from returning in the future.

Very disappointed that we were greeted at the door with the words we are no longer doing open table in this restaurant. why is it on the open table website? we were crunchy in a time. Thank you there was a table in front of a very cold window, but it was a table. on the other hand our server was wonderful.

I called for reservations and they said the only way to get reservations was through opentable. So I stopped when we arrived, said hostess, it would be a 20 minute waiting when she was sitting just a bus table. the couple that went to us in about 5 minutes sat before us and they had no reservation. she asked if we were willing to sit with another couple we talked about, that it would be a live swimmer for her? service was also bad and do not eat very well. only wished there would be an option for a negative review because I did not return.
