Located in the very heart of Conception hill everything is close, but still quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The staff and especially the owners are very nice and warm, and I felt I was taken really good care during my two week stay. Great food and great mix of good Chilean wines and Belgian beers. If you are going to Valparaiso, definitely you should visit ViaVia!
