I placed an order and went to pick it up because I had an appointment and it simply wasn't ready yet, they said 30 to 40 minutes but that didn't match. They don't keep to the schedule, if they can't handle it, hire more people and at least have empathy for the customer because the OWNER is rude, and doesn't even know how to apologize.
