Seven7tacos - Valras-Plage

My experience in this establishment, on 20/08/23 was only a succession of disappointments... I ordered to take away, a Kebab with crudities and fries, without sauce because unfortunately I do a lot of food allergies, without drink, for an amount of 8,50€ at first sight nothing to say about the price seen the place and the current inflation. The wait was 15 minutes and I went with my plastic bag. 50 meters further, I still check my bag and there it misses the fries. I come back to the restaurant and after another 10 minutes waiting, the fries are delivered but the kebab is already cold... . I go to enjoy my dinner on the beach and there I am first surprised of the small kebab cake with a little meat, onions, 3 sheets of chew or spinach... and a slice of tomato cut in two. Nothing to do with a ‘’vrai’ kebab that is found everywhere else and that makes twice the size of those sold in this establishment and for the same price... After a first bite, horror kebab was full of herissa... I had asked without sauce! I did an allergic reaction fortunately that I had my treatment on me. You will understand my disappointment! Second, frozen fries were not well cooked and much too salted. The dishes out of the kitchens are not checked by the person in charge of the service and the orders are therefore not compliant. I'm myself a restauratrice and a merchant in winter sports... And by reading comments from other unhappy customers here or on Google, a great disappointment... We realize that the manager always responds in a disdainful or irrespective way, rarely a mea culpa... Drôle de conception du commerce and astonishing way to treat customers. A merchant may not agree with the comments, it can be exhausted at the end of the season... but you must remain professional, polite and benevolent. Thanks for the whole profession

We ordered two double tacos, they were good, maybe a little dry, but we enjoyed this meal. We made the order by telephone, the staff was very welcoming to the recovery of it. I recommend this snack.

Friendly staff a very good cheese sauce and tacos goutus. I highly recommend thank you very much and very quickly.

No one at the unpleasant box, order error. Mal served cold fries ,tacos more sauce than meat. Very disappointed. Avoidance

I ordered by phone and asked if I could pay on vacation check. Upon receiving my order the person who received me was very unpleasant. I had to make an effort not to finally pay for a vacation check. He tells me: usually put fresh fries to people but for pain you will have old fries!!! Question plate: The tacos enjoyed the children but my salad was very disappointing.
