Contribuisci feedbackYour chicken sandwiches are incredible! I can get the same four items for my meal here for $2.90 less than what I paid at McDonald's. (That's a cheeseburger, chocolate milk, two cookies, and ice cream in a cup.)
From the elusive voice at the drive-thru to the person handling my payment, and finally to the employee who hands over my order, each interaction feels emotionless and lacks the basic acknowledgment that they are dealing with a real person. The manager seems to drift around in a daze, completely unaware of the chaos around her. I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt since it’s so close to my home, but after four years of the same disappointing experiences, I’m starting to wonder if my expectations for good customer service are simply too high—or if this place just consistently underperforms. I suspect it’s the latter. I don’t usually write reviews like this, but having worked in hospitality myself, I understand the pressures involved. I recognize that these jobs may not be the most prestigious or lucrative. However, if you choose to work in this field, you should strive to give your best because, as a customer, my patience is wearing thin!
This Burger King is by far the slowest I've ever visited. They often get your order wrong, and if you mention it, the staff seem to think you're the problem. There's usually an employee smoking at the back door or just sitting around doing nothing. Is driving the extra 5 miles to the one on Highway 60 in Brandon that much better?
I've been here twice in the last two weeks. Two weeks ago I pulled into the drive thru and was told It will take 30 minutes because a woman just ordered a few whores, but go ahead and order if you want. I left. I went tonight and I sat on the intercom waiting for more than 5 minutes until someone takes my order. After all, I was able to order, so I got the bacon king's meal. When I came home and opened my burger, they were two patches, a few crumbs of bacon and no cheese. It took more than 15 minutes to pull me through, and you didn't have enough time to put cheese on my burger. This was literally the worst fast food experience I've ever had.
Kitchen worker was not wearing mask or gloves tonight and handling food. Order taker had mask on, but below his mouth. We refused the food and got a refund! Went to competitors and they were all masked up and wore eye covering shields and handed our food from a tray. Be safe people! Be careful where you eat! Also, no covid policy on BK website.
