El Rico Frappe Latino - Valrico

I never got the chance to try the food. I walked in and sat down by myself, but there were no menus available. After waiting for about 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, not even with a greeting, I decided to leave. The atmosphere wasn't very inviting for dining (perhaps for drinks, but not for a meal). The service was absolutely terrible! I ended up going to Antojitos Puertorriquenos in Brandon instead, and I was very pleased with both the food and service there. I highly recommend it! Don’t waste your time at El Rico Frappe Latino.
