Sonic Drive-in - Van Alstyne

I have never had a bad experience at Van Alstynes Sonic location if anything they need to all get a raise! They’re always quick, always have a smile, and go the extra mile with seasonal stickers and even if you only order a drink they bring you a classic Sonic mint on top. Best Sonic I have ever been to!

This location has had its troubles in the past but I have to say they have turned it around and improved a lot. Placed an online order, checked-in at our spot and the car hop came out with our order quickly and was very polite.

I like purchase drinks through the app for 1/2 price and use coupons or specials for food purchases.

I came to this Sonic because it was close to my job. I ordered food, and I was told it would be brought out to me shortly. I waited 20 minutes and still didn't have any food. I pushed the button to see what was taking so long because they weren't very busy. After waiting another 10 minutes, I just decided to leave. Stay away from this Sonic location at all cost. They are horrible with their service. This was the first and definitely the very last time I will ever come to this Sonic.

I got the garlic butter cheeseburger, and it was hot. All the flavors were balanced. I received it in a timely manner. It was delivered very professionally. Best service from Sonic in over a year.
