Chipotle Mexican Grill - Van Nuys

The staff at this restaurant were extremely kind and patient. We had 9 children with us, along with the adults, all ordering food, and they handled it perfectly. I can't remember the name of the person who assisted us (possibly Nova), but they were fantastic. The only suggestion would be to keep the restaurant a bit cleaner, but overall, the food and service were excellent.

This restaurant is the worst Chipotle. The employees are rude, they often don't have certain ingredients, and what's the point of closing at 10 pm if they start closing up by 9? They claim they run out of stuff because they don't want to make any food at all. And to top it off, I just went and they aren't accepting cash? What a joke. Overall, this place is terrible.

Never order online , how can you give my order to a another person ?? When order have a details numerical order to get them and no by name !! That's was her answer we give it away because he had the same name as you if you don't keep asking they will keep playing with their phones !!

This location is a joke. Came in tonight at 8:50, a full hour before they closed and they were not only out of everything but the entire team working was rude. They were cleaning and closing up. They had no rice, only tofu for protein and when I asked how long to make more, they said what you see there is all that 's avaliable . Horrific customer service. Myself and 4 other customers walked out. They should all be fired. I 'll never return to this location.

It was Chipotle, they are very consistent. Food was ready on time. There is no outdoor seating as of March 7th. And it is a shame that the indoor seating is not open because it has a lot of indoor seating. I have posted a picture of a cool sculpture by the bathrooms.
