I was told loud enough that every cartridge in the restaurant could hear that it is said what was to take [my] EBT card elsewhere, consciously as if I try to pee myself. When it was her card reader who did not work as immediately after, I went over the parking lot and could just use it well on the 7-Eleven 40 meters away. Called Corporate, and no one has ever called me back to apologize or talk to me about this incident, or as much as reinsurance that steps are taken to improve the customer service training of their employees. As in the last 12 months, there have been several other times with more than several other employees in this place, who openly rude and unjustly hostile to the customers and patrons who decide to give their business to them. And in return, you have given your complete concern for your experience as a customer, is completely open, as disgusting as their preparation and presentation of the food they serve there.
So nice to have such a place nearby, friendly staff and good food.
Before the robber the service and the food was great, but after that it seems yoshinoya lost mojo, Cashiers don't GAF, ask for something they ignore you, you don't ask to get anything except they don't GAF, the cook doesn't seem to know how much beef or chicken he in the dish or the last they have made, I asked for avocado (it almost works avocado) Too bad my place was closest and my favorite?
Same business every time I go. Food is perfect, but the service is absolutely terrible. If you've had a bad day or aren't in the best mood, I recommend not to go here, as there may be only the last nerve you might hang on. Eating wasn't bad, so I'm not a total loss.
I ordered some food and they burned it all , I called them and they said don?t call us to complain , bring the plate back and we will give you another one with Attitude. This was a waste of my money, hopefully they can pay attention when they cook.
