Nina's Chuckwagon Bbq - Van Vleck

We enjoy dining at Chuckwagon BBQ. The food is excellent, and the service is attentive. I highly recommend it!

I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing the barbecue was. The ribs were tender and tasted great for the season.

I ordered takeout for dinner and found the ribs to be just okay—they were a bit salty and dry. However, I did appreciate the friendly customer service. The bark sauce was also dry, and I think the BBQ sauces could use some improvement. Like other reviews have mentioned, the meat didn’t taste fresh, and both the ribs and brisket were quite dry.

Recently moved into the opposite of the inside and these young are on the road of me, so I decided to try them on the basis of the good reviews. I obviously lack something here because the bbq was subpar. on a Sunday afternoon we have the braut, ripen and chicken. I think we eat on Friday or Saturday meat because it was ugly, dried, oxidized and not very well tasted. I made my rib-love wife sick. not sure what the 4 stars are about...can the locals in the neighbourhood never have a good bbq?

The wait was long. They appeared short staffed and a bit disorganized. The BBQ was worth the wait. Tender and the right amount of smoke. Burnt end pork belly was amazing too!
