We received about 5 (small) pieces of chicken in our bowls for 16 each. They Didn't follow the dietary instructions. Ridiculously overpriced. The food we received tasted disgusting. We threw most of it away. Never again. There are better places for the . Avoid.
I put in a to go order for the 192nd location so I thought. It went to the checklock location I called the location that had my order and asked if it could be switched to the 192nd location. The gentleman at the 192nd location Honestly really didn't seem to care. Really was an honest mistake I have been working nights? I swear I put in the hundred and ninety second location because I was going to grab it on my way to work. After the lovely lady talking with the gentleman about how he can just make me. The bowl and basically corporate can take care of it and the money should be transferred to their restaurant. He proceeded to say that he doesn't think that they're gonna get the money and usually have issues with that. So I just said forget it I will just go down to the check off location. I get there and the two lovely ladies there on thursday night on four twenty l o l Hands me the bag and says she compt it Working nights have made me a little emotional. I'm not gonna lie lol. I just thought it was the sweetest thing I told her she didn't have to. I just wish I would have got her name I was very appreciative I go to cafe i'm quite a bit and I definitely will be going to this location now from now on even though the 192nd location is closer. I kinda feel like the 192nd location is kinda snobby. I mean to each there own. But as a resta owner I would have just made that person their order knowing they have to be at work in 20 mins and seen I paid for it... I mean I get it but dude it's just rice sauce and avocado that we pay 14 bucks for... thank you chaklov location!!!! you didn't have to comp me, things like this make me think there is hope in the world lol
We usually love Cafe Yumm! It is a tasty treat we can feel good about. Tonight, however, was disappointing. We came through the drive thru about 20 minutes before they closed and ordered two medium original bowls with extra olives and cilantro. This cost us $25. Any other time I have gotten this order, the container is full to the brim, and the lid will hardly stay on. This time, what we received was maybe the small order portion in a 16 oz container. As can be seen in the photo. Not typically one to complain, but this was not a cheap order. May not return to this location for a while.
Tofu was hard, chewy and dry. I didn't know you could do that to tofu but they did. Had to get new cups and silverware 3 times because they were all dirty. Ordered a cookie, cashier said they had to bake some more and they'd bring it out. After gnawing in hard tofu for 30 minutes, I asked about the cookie and the new cashier just pulls a fully frozen one out of the back and just plops it down like no big deal. I try to be understanding but it's obvious they don't care anymore, wasn't even busy, 6 employees and 4 customers.
