Earls Kitchen + Bar - Fir Street - Vancouver

We really enjoyed the food and service. Came before dinner rush on a Sunday. Service was very friendly and seating was comfortable. I was surprised how delicious the food was

Service was very poor. Our usual experience at the restaurant has always been very good. Our drinks order never arrived. We had to ask another server who was very nice). Our brunch order was not taken and again had to ask another server. the place was not that busy)

We happened by chance on Earls while walking around Vancouver. We were heading for somewhere completely different but a moaning child meant that the 100 mtrs to cross the road and walk along the other side was too far. From the greeter to the waiting staff, all were really friendly and had great advice for food and drink choices. As a craft beer fan it's good to have a server that knows what the restaurant actually serves. Even my kids' picky eating habits were catered to here. I'd struggle to remember what I had but I do recall I was not disappointed by our visit here.
