House Of Beijing - Vancouver

The service was quick and friendly, and we were pleased to find that our leftovers filled two entire to-go containers for both my husband and me; there might even be enough for another meal or two for me. I also noticed that House of Beijing has consistently been recognized as one of the Best of Clark County, and while I'm not sure how the competition stacks up, it appears that other patrons are quite satisfied as well. Having grown up eating in Chinatown in NYC, my husband and I have pretty high standards for Chinese cuisine outside of that area, but the House of Beijing impressed us. We both enjoyed our staple entrees and steamed dumplings, leaving the restaurant feeling satisfied and full, with our takeout boxes in hand. Sorry, no photos to share!

We waited a long time for her to take our order while four additional parties that came in after us received their food before we did. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since we have always enjoyed friendly service at this restaurant. Eventually, the manager, who has been there since the start, brought us our food. Mine was lukewarm at best, while my husband’s was hot. The manager also filled our water glasses, but the only time we saw our server again was when she brought us the bill. Given this experience, we are unlikely to return. There are simply too many other restaurant options in our area that deserve our consideration over a place that treats its customers this way.

I have been working next to this restaurant for 11 years, and they truly represent the meaning of consistency. The food is consistently excellent and served in generous portions. The staff here work incredibly hard; they are serious about getting your food out promptly. Dinner time can get really hectic, especially on weekends and every evening between 6-8 PM, which is when you'll experience the longest wait for your meals, so it's wise to plan ahead. I typically order takeout since I can just walk next door, but the dining area fills up during those peak hours, a clear sign of their popularity. I really commend them for their management; they run a very efficient operation, and I've never been disappointed.

The food was fantastic! There was so much such great proportions. Tons of rice tons of barbecue pork they served me and my family right on time. Kind waiters who bring you soup and tea right as you sit down they are patient when you are waiting for your meal, ive never had better food if i could i would give it 10 stars!! 100% recommend and i will be returning as soon as possible also the lighting is dim but not depressing dim its a relaxing lighting!

The food tasted good until I took a bite of my crab puff and there was a clump of someone's hair in my mouth. This is actually so disgusting for how much you pay for this place. Will not be ordering again :
