Jack In The Box - Vancouver

The staff here is always friendly and supportive. The shift manager, Jesus, is also very welcoming. They work hard to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible, which I've noticed. The milkshakes are the best I've ever had, especially the Oreo milkshake. Thank you all!

It's Jack in the Box, so I had reasonable expectations, but I was actually quite satisfied with my order. Everything was hot and fresh, which is really important to me. I'm so tired of going through drive-thrus and getting lukewarm, stale fries or cold burgers. It’s a nice change when they deliver exactly what you paid for, and it’s hot and fresh.

Some people don't like having fat in their food, but I actually enjoy it; it adds flavor! If you serve a stack of 10s, I'll gladly share two!

Waited 34 minutes in the car for an online order. I forgot a part of my order, fortunately I checked before the departure. I get that they were just short personal (as usual) but 30 minutes and the order to screw up? bummer. eating was good, only more people.

Trapped in a drive thru with no escape for 19 minutes. If I could have driven over the bushes to leave I would have. When asked if it's normally this long the guy looked upset and said his coworkers don't know what they're doing and that he is frustrated with them. One star because of the wait and the cold and stale curly fries, two stars because the burgers were hot and greasy.
