Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

For what Papa Murphys is, it's a good place. All the workers here are really nice and are quick when you place your order! The overall cost is relatively inexpensive.

The customer service needs major improvement ! not one of the employees (4) greeted me, I greeted them. Josh was very cold, and rude when I brought to his attention that the obviously new employee was working sooooooo slow and obviously was confused as to how to make my one pizza. with no other customers in the store I could tell I would have had to wait at least 15 min for my pizza to be made. I simply asked Josh if he could help out making my pizza after waiting 10 minutes and watching the new women struggle making my pizza. No smiles No warmth No understanding, Just cold and rude. I have worked in customer service for many years...... you fake it , till you make it, and yes even the new employee was non friendly! either be happy where you work or find another career. I will not be returning for a very long time.Parking: there is plenty of parking

Absolute sweetest people, came in got my order quickly and the young man grabbed everything for me so I didn’t have to do anything, made small talk with the employees and they were awesome! And the young man even held the door open for me when I was leaving. Thank you!

Always go to Papa Murphy's for my pizza! The staff always gets it right! Thank you ?

My local Papa Murphy's it's always clean and nice and usually my pizza is ready but I have to say that I rarely get coupons and the points on the app suck and they never ask you if you want to use your coupons so I feel like they can have better customer service.
