Pho Lê - Vancouver

The food here is incredible! They have the best beef broth in Vancouver! My only concern is that when you visit their website, it redirects to an inappropriate site. They should definitely address that. Other than that, this place is outstanding. Food rating: 5/5.

I've ate a lot of different pork sandwiches at Veitnamese restaurants, but this is place is the best I've had yet. The bread is fresh and soft. Just enough filling inside. Plus the restaurant has a lot of plants which I love as well! I'll be back!

Their vermicelli bowls are excellent. Generous helping of protein cooked fresh, with crisp salad greens. They are a little different than the standard, but BETTER! Didn’t come with spring rolls, but I’ll take the step up in quantity and quality of ingredients over spring rolls anyway. Also great environment to eat in, it was very warm and cozy. Will definitely be back.

Possibly the best vegan pho of anywhere I've tried in Portland/Vancouver area been to about 15 places now. Very accommodating. Great soft tofu in pho. Would go here 5x a week if I lived closer but will definitely make the commute to go here a couple times per month.
