Roots Restaurant and Bar - Vancouver

We come here four or five times a yeas usually with guests from out of town. Food and drinks are always great. Alexandria took care of us and we will request her in the future. All the food is great but the double pork chop is special. Wine list is good too.

We've never tasted better food anywhere in the world. Beautifully presented and very generous. Service was top notch!

Best pork chop I’ve ever been served. Great crust, seasoning and perfectly cooked medium well. Pasta was light, flavorful and the chanterelle mushrooms were a perfect addition. Cook time was longer than expected but well worth the wait.

Food and service are absolutely the best. The food is always delicious and presented perfectly. But, the service is truly superb. From the minute you walk in the door and until you depart you have a feeling that you are their only client and that you are a great friend.

Service and food were impecable. Rich was very knowledgeable about the menu and honored our preferences. Eric who kept our glasses full was super attentive and very pleasant. We had a very enjoyable dining experience and will be back for more.
