A friend of mine and I were in Vancouver for the evening and she told me about a friend she had met via, eating at his restaurant. I’m all for trying new things these days so I was game. The restaurant, a bit chilly, but...the food will warm your soul quickly. Amazing!!! The butter chicken was my favorite of all the dishes we tried but I demolished everything. I would definitely eat here again, perhaps in the summer months when it’s not so cold. Khalid, you’re the man. Hope you like the hat! Your food is amazing!Hope to see you again with Leanne.

The chicken biryani had pieces of chicken. The beef Karahi was the worst karahi I have ever had. The lassi was terrible. I am not sure why is this restaurant rated? Opposite this restaurant is Das-tar-Khwan, it has much better food. I am not...sure at Al-Watan the cook knows how to cook Pakistani food.
