Barra 41 - Vancouver

A favourite bar in Vancouver for light snacks aperitifs. Barra 41 is the bar attached to Minerva's Greek restaurant (which has been around forever) and serves the same great quality food from it's kitchen. All the food beer on tap is good, and you can also order from the restaurant menu. The atmosphere service of this bar takes Barra the next levrl. Highly recommended and worth the trip to karisdale. Happy hour specials are offered daily from 3 5 PM.

Wonderful brand extension of Minerva’’s, where my parents took us in the 1960’s. Still wonderful home cooked ribs, chicken and souvlaki. I cant wait to bring my grand kids here at extend the tradition! Highly recommended.

Food was above average. Service was excellent! !Very busy during dinner time.

Can't give more, the ceasar salad had to much garlic, tasted that the whole meal and after. Wife's Greek salad was soggy and only tasted like oil. I had the lamb chops... More like lamb popcorn, small small appetizer like..was enough for 3 bites 3 small racks) Was cooked nice, seasoned ok. $41 haha never again) ..Wifey had the lamb shoulder. Mostly fatty, could good bites but not worth $31..Clean establishment, server was nice, waitress was pleasant. Another 1 person keeping the water filled, clearing there section, and always watching and waiting to take your plate when done. This is why the rating is better.

Excellent Greek Food and cocktails in this loud and lively place. Very good service.
