Bimini Beer Hall - Vancouver

The food here used to be really good. I visited last summer and again at Christmas. However, they’ve changed the menu, and it has lost the elevated pub food vibe that I appreciated. It's quite disappointing.

I visited this restaurant in June with my team, and we enjoyed great food and service. However, my recent experience was a bit disappointing. The menu has shrunk since June, featuring only a few acceptable appetizers and just four main course options. There are no vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free choices available. While the food portions were decent, I found the chicken katsu burger tasty but the coleslaw salad was simply large pieces of cabbage and red onion tossed in vinegar dressing. To my surprise, the bar couldn't make an espresso martini for my friend because they had run out of glasses. Additionally, we were charged a gratuity at the end of our bill, which is typical for groups, but we weren’t informed about it, and not everyone checked their bills. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.

The atmosphere for the UFC fights was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally accommodating.

I was truly impressed by the terrace and the revamped menu. Plus, having Skee ball is an added bonus!
