Lemongrass - Vancouver

Food was awesome. We had the P10 and the lemongrass chicken and both were a very pleasant surprise. We rolled ourselves out of the restaurant for about $20.

Went for dinner and they served me, at my request, a banh minh with a fried egg and and a ca phe sua da. And for a moment I was back in Vietnam. Best I've had in Canada. Great waitress and happy owners. This restaurant is going to be my favourite in Vancouver

So good we came back a second time. Very tasty, very authentic Vietnamese food at very reasonable prices. Try the Spring rolls and Summer rolls (first two appetizers.) We shared among 4 people with a variety of main dishes, and everything we tasted was delicious. My wife loved the red bean ice-cream desert. This is a local restaurant, mostly neighborhood patrons. Not at all fancy, but very good.Downtown Richmond, near the subway (Road #3) and walking distance from the Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton complex.

Thoroughly enjoyed a quick meal here during a Vancouver airport layover. Papaya salad with beef jerky was great! Worth a trip from the airport; very easy to find.

I thought it was pretty good but my date thought her Chicken Satay noodle bowl could have had more flavor. Cool big ugly blue fish to greet you at the door.
