Happy Sushi - Vancouver

Not super gourmet but huge portions and reasonable price.  They always have Consistent food quality, nice owners.  Love our local sushi spot!  amazing value! We have been going here for over 15 years, still as consistent as ever.

This place never fails me. I always order their $11.50 combo meal which includes your choice of 3 items off the combo list miso soup. You can also get a stamp card where you get free sushi or appetizers for every 5 stamps (you get 1 stamp for every 10$ before tax purchase). Food is great, portions are good, the combo is enough to get two average people full. Friendly family sushi restaurant. Service can be slow when it gets super busy. Always call ahead when picking up orders to skip the wait.

Best all you can eat sushi deal in Vancouver. If you eat a lot this place would be good. The food was good, but the wait was quite long because it's a small restaurant. They have some basic rolls, so don't expect too much variety.

MY FAVOURITE SUSHI PLACE!. Now I say this is my favourite sushi place NOT for the sushi but for the service. Honestly, I am fine eating sushi that is good but not great if it means I get great service. I would rather spend money and tip large at Happy Sushi than at some franchise restaurant to some server who is providing service solely for a nice tip. Vivian, the wife, is soooo sweet. I absolutely LOVE coming here. It's worth coming down just to get to chat with her! For sure the environment is a little different when she's not there serving (which is usually during weekday early afternoon..shes probably taking care of her kids or something) but whenever she is there, I PROMISE you will get great service! The stamp card is also a great incentive to get me to keep coming back! Every $10 you get a stamp and they add up fairly quick!! I eat at this place at least twice a week and have been doing so for a really long time and probably will continue to for a reeeeally long time! Thank you Happy Sushi!!
